Dror Baron: Nebraska (8.2003)

From Iowa to Nebraska. The pilot was inspired by the trails of the Old West, and wanted to imagine how the pony express might have operated in the past. At this time, I note that Armin has a magnificent appetite for water, and justly deserves the nickname "horse," which might partly explain his fondness of ponies.

According to custom and tradition, we made sure to visit Lincoln, the administrative center of the state. Indeed, the capitol building enjoys a spectacular vertical look, which has inspired many creative folks to describe it with various names. Sadly, we did not have an opportunity to take a photo. On the way back through Nebraska at the end of our trip, a vicious "pilot pirate" took revenge on us by stopping Armin for piloting at a rate deemed in excess of the prairie standard.
